Well it's a sad state of affairs that I feel the need to write this blog. For those that have followed my words for a while you'll know how tired I am of the squabbling in the fitness industry. People slag off Zumba, CrossFit, Bodybuilding, ZUU, running. It seems nothing is safe from the opinion of self proclaimed, narrow minded, arrogant "experts" who believe it is their way or no way!

Why can't we all get along???

There IS NO bad type of exercise!

There are however better choices when it comes to achieving particular goals.

It was last week that the daily mail posted two articles on consecutive days about fruit smoothies. One saying they will make you fat and you're teeth fall out, and on the VERY next day the same drink is the BEST thing for your health! No wonder the nation is confused? So what is the truth? Here at Inferno Fit we talk you through the facts you need to know when it comes to sugar.

In the New Year the gyms are full of people pounding on the treadmills, the cross trainers and the bikes. Same old story! In some gyms people are queuing up, waiting for the machines! There goal. to burn fat! But are they making the best choice? Can their choice actually be causing them to store fat in the long run?
There has been a lot of bad press about cardio, with a lot of extremist views! Never do cardio, it will make you 'skinny fat' a term meaning a smaller version of your fat self. Or the other side of the argument, cardio is the best for fat burning! The truth, it's somewhere in the middle! Let me explain.....

I am currently having a love hate relationship with Facebook. I love that I can reach so many people with my infotainment (well i find then informative and entertaining anyway!) but it also angers me that I see so many people trying to sell "the next best weight loss" product to many unsuspecting people who believe that is the answer to there prayers. To me this is fraudulent and immoral! Especially as the person selling it has had little more than a weekend course on nutrition.

Would you go and see a Doctor to sort out your body who had only done a weekend's worth of education? What's the difference here?

I am about to reveal the truth behind fat loss and hopefully put myself and all these other companies out of business. THERE IS NO SECRET FORMULA!

To lose fat you need to eat the right amount of real food, with the right amount of movement and exercise!
As painful as it is to hear, eating real food with a little bit of exercise is the key. It isn't easy, the results aren't immediate all the time. But they are permanent, they are behavioural, meaning you can maintain that lifestyle for as long as you choose, and you don't have to pay a fortune for the pleasure! A detox can help you along that journey, but first you need to do one thing........
