When I was younger and first started uni I weighed in at 9 and a half stone!
No matter what I did I couldn't put on weight
^^^Yes I know I was THAT person you hated
I wanted to put on weight
Not get fat, but be bigger
I was the smallest one of my mates and pushed off the ball too easily in footie
But I didn't roll around 17 times like the professionals do!
No matter what I did I couldn't put on muscle
I was a keen runner and loved my sport
(I could also eat anything I liked and not get FAT! <<Yep you reaslly don't like me know!)
After about 2 years of trying my mate introduced me to weights
And after a very embarrassing moment pinning myself to the bench with the 20kg bar, I began to notice results
The reason I wasn't getting different results....
I was doing the same thing as I always had done
And as the super intelligent dude Albert Einstein said
Never a truer word spoken, all the times of eating rubbish and doing lots of cardio based training was scuppering my attempts to get RESULTS
I wasn't giving my muscles the right fuel
(Think how well your car would run if you put the wrong fuel in!)
I was doing exercises that didn't create muscle growth
Sure I was fit but that wasn't what I wanted
I see the same insanity with weight loss!
Crash diets, lots of cardio, quick weight loss and then back it comes with a vengeance
Doing the same thing that you FAILED at last time, blaming yourself for it's failure
Have you ever stopped to consider maybe it wasn't YOU maybe, just maybe, it was the PLAN!
I have a plan that is GUARANTEED to work
What does that mean?
I admit the plan will not work for everyone
But it will for 99% of you if you apply the methods
(I can't get you results if you refuse to change - no plan can do that)
But if you are in the 1% you get your money back!
I have too much integrity to take money from people for whom my plan doesn't work
Fortunately I have never had to refund anything
As my programme is AWESOME!
