Chocolate Fudge shake

This thick, rich pudding like shake can be eaten with a spoon or blended with an additional ¼ cup water for a lighter consistency. Choose a ripe avocado that is soft to the touch or buy harder avocados that you can ripen at home

Ingredients

1 ripe avocado
1 serving protein powder
½ cup unsweetened, plain almond milk
½ cup water
4 ice cubes
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
3 teaspoons stevia
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed

Tip
You may need to add water to this one to get the consistency right for you! Try the above recipe and if too thick, pour half and half into two cups, top up with water and blend again
