![]() Prep time 8 mins Cooking time 20-25mins Serves 4 Ingredients 4 wild salmon fillets 1 teaspoon all spice 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 2 dice sized cubes of ginger, chopped 1/2 teaspoon cumin 1 teaspoon smoked paprika 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped 1 teaspoon cayenne chilli 1 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons coconut oil juice of one lime Directions Preheat oven to 180C. Mix all the ingredients except for the salmon in a bowl (melt the coconut oil first) Mix with a spoon until blended well. Coat the salmon in the marinade, and leave for 3-24 hours (the longer the better) Cook for 20-25 until the salmon goes crispy on top.
