![]() Prep time 10 minutes Cooking time 15-20 minutes Serves 2 Ingredients 500g beef or lamb mince 1 medium white onion, finely chopped ½ teaspoon cinnamon ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon pepper ½ teaspoon cumin Directions Preheat oven to 180C, Put all the ingredients in to a bowl and mix together using clean hands. Shape into sausage shapes and place on to the baking tray. Cook for 15-20 minutes
