![]() Prep Time 5 minutes Cooking Time 8 hours on high Serves 4 Ingredients 1 whole chicken 50g butter 2 tablespoons rosemary 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped Juice of one lemon 3 sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced into roast potato size pieces Slow cooker veg mix (click here for one i recommend) or Diced suede Diced Carrot Diced Pasrnip Sliced Leek (Much easier buying it already prepped) Directions Mix the butter, garlic, rosemary and lemon juice in abowl with your fingers and apply to the top of the chicken. Place the veg at the bottom of the slow cooker, put the potatoes on top and then finally the chicken. Cover and cook for 8 hours To finish the chicken place under the grill to crisp the skin (optional) keep the juice as a gravy or a broth.
