![]() Prep Time 15mins Cooking Time 30mins Serves 2-4 Ingredients For base 1 medium sweet potato 1/2 cup liquid whites 1/4 cup buckwheat flour 1 tablespoon coconut flour For topping (whatever you want but i used) Tomato Puree Chorizo Pepperoni Diced mixed peppers Diced red onion Sliced shitaake mushrooms Olive oil Directions Peel the sweet potato and wrap in tin foil. Bake on 200C for about 10minutes until you can pierce it with a fork. Next blend all the base ingredients together and place in a cake mould on top of grease proof paper. Cook for 170C for 15 minutes until golden. Add the topping of your choice, and brush the edge with olive oil to help it go crispy. Grill on high heat for about 10 minutes.
