Why HIIT is it!
HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. The World Health Organisation recommends a minimum of 2.5 hours of exercise a week, and for optimum body composition changes (losing weight, toning up etc) this figure rises to 5 hours. Of these 5 hours, 2.5 of them should be HIIT or resistance training! <----- Basically getting out of breath and lifting heavy things repeatedly
My classes are designed around HIIT with some resistance built in using your body weight. Check out the video above for a sample of the exercise you will do (or be able to do very soon!)
