2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
Preheat the oven to 180C. Peel and chop the celeriac in to chips. Boil in a pan for about 4-5 minutes until they are slightly soft (can be pierced by a knife easily). Drain the celeriac and place on to a baking tray. Drizzle with the oil and season with the garlic, salt and pepper. Bake in the oven for 35-40mins until they are golden on the outside

4 Skinless salmon fillets
5cm piece of ginger, peeled
half bunch coriander
2 tablespoons chilli paste
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Add all ingriedients in a food processor until it makes a rough mixture. Form into burger shapes and fry in coconut oil for 4 minutes per side.
