1 cauliflower grated
1 tablespoon of butter, ghee, or olive oil
A little cream (optional)

Grate the cauliflower into a large bowl. In a large pan, heat the oil or fat over a low heat before adding the cauliflower and other ingredients you are using. Stir constantly to stop the cauliflower from burning. Once it is soft enough (after about 5 minutes) it is ready to serve.
