![]() Prep Time 2 mins Cook Time 45mins Serves 8 Ingredients 1/2 cup egg whites 1/2 cup goji berries 1/2 cup quinoa flakes 1/2 cup chocolate hemp protein (tastes best with hemp protein but use whey if you need to) 1/4 cup blueberry & apple puree (or just apple) 3 tablespoons of chestnut flour (gluten free is ok, but may not rise as well) 3 tablespoons cocoa powder 1 tablespoon baking soda Directions Blend all the ingredients and place in muffin cases, bake them for 45 mins at 170C, I grease my cases to make sure i don't lose any of the taste sensation on the side of the case.
