Oreo Protein Bars

Prep Time 10 mins

Ingredients

2 oreos crushed
60g vanilla whey (or unflavoured whey with 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract)
1 tablespoon almond milk
1 tablespoon warm honey

Directions

In a bowl, mix the crushed oreos and almond milk with a fork. Add the whey and mix. Bind using the warm honey. Form into two bars and leave to chill and harden in the fridge (can be eaten straight away though if you're hungry)
