Sean's Sexy Salmon Burgers

Cooking Time 8 mins
Serves 2-4

Ingredients

4 Skinless salmon fillets
5cm piece of ginger, peeled
half bunch coriander
2 tablespoons chilli paste
1 tablespoon soy sauce

Directions

Add all ingriedients in a food processor until it makes a rough mixture. Form into burger shapes and fry in coconut oil for 4 minutes per side.

Sean's serving suggestion: Serve with a rocket, cherry tomato, spring onion and chilli salad!
