Starting a diet.....

One of the reasons most diets fail is people don't know what to eat! And if they do, finding tasty recipes so they don't get bored is the next problem! Then of course it is finding the time to cook the meals!

Well I can't cook the food for you, only my wife gets that honour! But I can help you with 1 and 2. On my recipe website, I have over 1000 recipes that you can select from and choose your own meals or your own plan.

You can filter the recipes based on your preferences, want low carb or low fat, got you covered! Want vegan, got them too! Want a slow cooker, paleo, meal for one! Yep, you bet!

You can literally bespoke you selections based on food preferences, calories, macros, or meal type - the possibilities are endless.

  • A unique calorie calculator - type in your target body weight and the system will tell you your calories, protein, carbs and fat. Then as you select your meals you have your own personalised amounts to target. Try to select too much carbs or fat and you will be notified.
  • Results tracker - input your body weight and measurements and over time see how you are progressing
  • Food diary tracking COMING SOON - we are in BETA mode testing for our own version of My Fitness Pal (eg one that is accurate that we control) One of the main advantages of this app is many of your favourite restaurants and cafes' menus are already in here. Want to know how many calories in your mocha choca frappe latte at Starbucks or that fish and chips from Wetherspoons, we have that here so you can stay on track and still eat out!
